Bruce Best (MS)
Bruce is the Station Manager for PEACESAT, CCE-OP, UOG, and has an international
reputation for his research efforts related to the use of solar technology
for telecommunications and aquaculture in remote areas. Best has lived
and worked throughout Micronesia for more than 20 years. His years of
practical distance education experience combined with his knowledge
of the region and his understanding of how to use appropriate technology
as a basis for promoting sustainable development add a rich dimension
to the project working group. In addition to taking the lead role in
conducting one of the scheduled seminars, Mr. Best will also serve as
the telecommunications and distance education technology advisor to
the project.
